    Great tent, but didn't receive a free gift as advertised

    The tent alone is worth 5 stars, however, have only given 3 stars due to the lack of customer service. I've phoned Freddy's 1300 number nearly a dozen times over the past 3 days since receiving my tent, however, to no avail. They've either got an issue with their phone system, or simply no-one attends to it, as it kept calling out.

    Oztrail Lumos 10 person tent

    From Day 1 from the purchase, I was surprised with a discount, and still had free delivery. It did take a couple of days longer but that was fine considering the circumstances of Covid and the lockdowns.
    I have not opened the product yet, it is waiting for us to move its going to be our home while we travel back to Queensland, but what I have seen with watching videos it's going to be the perfect tent for 2 adults, 3 children and our dog, can't wait to set it up for the first time.
