Detailed Description

Key features include:

  • Setup in under 3 minutes with pack down around the same time due to the internal bungee cords which pull in the tent walls while its closing
  • Heavy duty breathable 320 gsm Poly Cotton Ripstop Canvas construction
  • Rugged 550g PVC bucket floor but superior durability
  • 2000mm water head rated Poly Oxford Nylon fly
  • Heavy duty SBS zips
  • Durable flat fell seams ensuring no fraying and minimal risk of wicking
  • Seams are sewn with a polycotton core spun thread allowing for natural cotton swelling ensuring needle holes are filled and watertight when wet.
  • Super thick 75mm high-density open cell mattress which helps with air circulation allowing any moisture to dry quickly.
  • A 2400x1900mm annex with a 550g PVC bucket floor for additional accommodation which can easily be zipped on or off in a flash!
  • All windows feature a polyester sand-fly and midge-proof mesh woven using one of the finest mesh grids available - 150gm/M2. This still maintains anti-tear characteristics.
  • The aluminium ladder is suitable for installation on almost any model of 4WD coming to a total of 2.1m high. Ladder extensions are available for higher vehicles if required.

Roof Top Tent Video Instructions.

Why do you have videos of how to set up your Trail X swag, but not how to install and set up your Trail X roof top Tent!??
And it does not come with any instructions REALLY FREDDYS. ITS MAKING YOUR COMPEDITORS LOOK MUCH MORE ORGANISED.

Big Rig RTT

No instructions come with this, making the install a f***cking nightmare if you’ve never done it before. Thank god for other legends on YouTube. Took 2 of us 5 hours to work out, fit and pack up again. Bar for the entry awning bends easily and hasn’t held it up properly yet that we can figure out. Corner piece of the RTT broke away while packing up almost completely. Seems like good quality otherwise, just a nightmare to set up.

It's good comfy mattress plenty of room

Some of the stitching was stretching on the roof section and it was missing some nuts and bolts but I had some spares laying round the cords to pull the tent in on it self need to be stronger or shorter but other then that it's a good tent
